Ingredients:

1 stick butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 lb. peaches, pitted, sliced
1/2 cup southern comfort
2 tsp. 151 rum
2 Tbsp. apricot schnapps

Directions:

  • Heat butter in skillet until melted
  • Add brown sugar and cook on high, stirring constantly until melted
  • Add peaches and liquors
  • Reduce heat to medium and cook until liquid is thickened
  • Remove from heat and pour over ice cream

Makes 3 cups; serves 4 over vanilla ice cream
