Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, pitted, small diced
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeño peppers, minced
- 2 Tbsp. red onions, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped
- French bread crostinis
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
- Let marinate ten minutes before serving.
- Spoon one tablespoon per crostini
