The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market will host a sampling of Zoodles (noodles made from spiral cut zucchini) topped with mint chimichurri on Wednesday, July 13th from 9 am to  noon.

Guest chefs Sherri Vettel and Caitlin Romm from Partners 4 Community Care will prepare this delicious and nutritious dish featuring fresh mint and parsley from Congolina Farms and locally harvested zucchini, garlic and tomatoes from market vendors.

This educational herb sampling is organized by the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market with support from the Davis Education Fund of the NC Unit of the Herb Society of America.

The fresh herbs and vegetables will be available for purchase from various market. Every Wednesday through the end of the year, shop from 25 farmers and vendors for fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, meats, dairy, artisan baked goods, sauces, honey, deli salads (chicken and pimento plus salsas), fresh flower arrangements and wonderful crafts including pottery, soaps, sewn notions, jewelry, bird houses and more. The Market hosts more than 100 vendors on Saturdays.
