5th Annual Greensboro Farmers Curb Market Chili Challenge

Let’s kick off the New Year with some HEAT! Join us to compete for the 5th Annual
Chili Challenge on Saturday January 23th! Bring your best chili recipe rendition for bragging rights!
How it works:
- Teams can be made upof market vendors, customers, or local chefs where creative recipes and interpretations are welcome.
- Each team prepares 4 gallons chili enough 300 (1.25) ounce servings. Bring the chili in a crock pots or warmers
- Use of market ingredients is encouraged
- Chef or team should provide a volunteer to serve the chili and talk about ingredients
- Customers will pay $5 for a taste of each of the chili samples
- Votes will be tallied for First, Second, & Third Place winners
The Market will provide:
Basic plastic table cloths, team signage, tasting cups & spoons, plates, promotions and awards. Feel free to spice it up! Additional decorations and personalizations are welcomed.
