The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market will host it’s monthly breakfast fundraiser,featuring local blueberries this Saturday. Join us for the Annual Blueberry Celebration and Pancake Day on the lawn this at 8 am, while supplies last!

Guest chef Alex Amoroso of Cheesecakes by Alex will prepare his famously light and fluffy pancakes made with fresh blueberries and local ingredients. Juice and water will be available for additional purchase, including Gate City Coffee with hot and iced coffee choices.The cost is $5 per plate as well as an a la carte Neese Country Sausage sausage patty for an additional $2 with proceeds benefiting the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market non-profit organization.

Plates available while supplies last. The event will be served outside, on the Market lawn, weather pending. Patrons can enjoy live jazz music by Griffin Ross from 7:45 am to 9:30 am. Laura Jane Vincent, a singer-songwriter will play from 9:45 am to 11:30 am.

A huge BLUEBERRY thank you to our blueberry farmers who are donating blueberries for our big day: Rivers Finest, Byrley Gardens and Turtle Line Farm,LLC.

Local blueberries and specialty blueberry items will also be available across the market, including baked goods, jams, jellies and sauces. Cookie Gurlie will bring blueberry, lemon and thyme cookies, Cornerstone Garlic Farm‘s blueberry-balsamic jelly, PaleoLove Company‘s paleo blueberry doughnuts and blueberry keto fat bombs, Botanist and Barrel‘s blueberry ciders and wines, and Rivers Finest‘s blueberry jam.

Local blueberries can be found in the Market from Rivers Finest, Turtle Line Farms, Byrley Farms, Hillcrest Farm, Rural Hall Farm, Farlow Farm, Botanist and Barrell, Birch Fork Farm and Smith Farm for purchase.
