The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market (501 Yanceyville St.) will host MADE 4 Market Local Makers Show on Sunday, May 5th from 11 am to 4 pm. MADE 4 Market Local Makers Show is the largest Triad based North Carolina juried craft event in the area. There will be a variety of handcrafted jewelry, pottery, fiber art, fine art, packaged artisan foods at this historic farmers market that houses over 115 agricultural, prepared food, and artists year-round on Saturdays. This special Sunday early spring market is an opportunity to find unique and thoughtful Mother’s Day, graduate, wedding and Father’s Day gifts.

Event goers can enjoy live Americana music from singer, songwriter John Stevens and lunch from on-site food trucks on Lindsay Lawn. The Pearl Kitchen will be serving burgers and traditional American cuisine and the Grinder Café will be on location selling coffee and other beverages. Applications are open for handcrafted products including, but not limited, to candles, leather, personal care items, fiber art, garden art, glass, painting, jewelry, metal work, mixed media, photography, or culinary art. More information and  the application can be found online at Eventbriteor the GFM website. All items sold should be handmade by the vendor; no kits or reselling is permitted.

Greensboro Farmers Market, Inc. (GFM) operates the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market on behalf of the City of Greensboro. GFM is a 501c3 nonprofit. GFM provides greater Greensboro with opportunities to purchase and learn about local food in a friendly and diverse setting. GFM encourages and supports the growth of local foods and artisan goods businesses to improve greater Greensboro’s economy, support better health through healthy eating and build social and community connections.

Location and Hours of Operation
The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market, 501 Yanceyville Street, is located at the corner of Lindsey Street and Yanceyville Street across from the War Memorial Stadium and operates year round on Saturdays 7 am to 12 pm and seasonally on Wednesdays 8 am- 12 pm (April 17 – October 30). The Market is an indoor facility with free admission, WiFi, and plenty of free parking as well as an ATM on site.
