Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced or put through a garlic press
- 1 bunch carrot tops, about 2 cups chopped (from 6 to 8 carrots)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions:
- Put all the ingredients, except olive oil, in a food processor or blender and process until very smooth
- With the blender running, slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream until well combined
- If using table salt, use half the amount, as kosher salt weighs twice as much as table salt
