The Curb Market is operated and managed for the City of Greensboro by GFM, Inc. a 501c-3 non-profit. GFM, Inc. provides greater Greensboro with opportunities to purchase and learn about local foods in a friendly and diverse social setting. GFM encourages and supports the growth of local foods and artisan goods businesses to improve Greater Greensboro’s economy, support better health through healthy eating, and build social and community connections.

GFM Campus Rules & Regulations
- The Mission of the Greensboro Farmers Market is to provide Greater Greensboro with opportunities to purchase and learn about local foods and crafts while interacting with producers and each other in a friendly and diverse social setting.
- Only approved GFM vendors are permitted to sell on the Market Campus.
- Written information may be distributed to the public only at the Yanceyville Street entrance to the Market no closer than 20 feet from the door. Blocking or impeding pedestrian and vehicular traffic is prohibited. *Reference: GSO Code of Ordinances Ch. 18, Art. 3, Section 18-44.
- Public speech is permitted within the Market and on the grounds PROVIDED IT DOES NOT disrupt the operations of the Market, impede foot or vehicular traffic, create a safety hazard, or bother approved vendors and members of the public.
- Solicitation is not allowed within the parking lot except as allowed by City Ordinance. Harassment in public spaces with the intent to threaten, intimidate, or cause fear is prohibited. *Reference: GSO Code of Ordinances Ch. 18, Art. 4, Sec. 18-46.1 and 18-46.2.
- All weapons are prohibited. *Reference: GSO Code of Ordinances Ch. 18, Art. 2, Sec. 18-25.
- Disorderly conduct such as violent behavior or abusive language is prohibited. *Reference: GSO Code of Ordinances Ch. 18
- Smoking is prohibited in the facility and at the entrances. Smoking permitted only in designated areas away from entrances to the facility. *Reference: GSO Code of Ordinances Ch. 10, Art. 1, Sec. 10-6.
- No dumping or littering or use of campus trash cans or dumpsters. *Reference: GSO Code of Ordinances, Ch. 26, Art. 1, Sec. 26-11.
- No trespassing dusk to dawn.
- Sex offenders prohibited. *Reference: GSO Code of Ordinances, Ch. 18, Art. 2, Sec. 18-29.
- Assistance animals are welcome with appropriate certification. Pets are allowed on the lawn.
- Greensboro Farmers Market expects all vendors, customers and visitors to conduct themselves in a polite a courteous manner, consistent with our Mission.
