Greensboro Farmers Curb Market Hosts Fall Harvest Celebration
Saturday, October 4th from 8 AM – 12 PM
The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market, 501 Yanceyville St., is hosting a Fall Harvest Celebration on Saturday Oct. 4 to celebrate seasonal produce and goods. As a part of the celebration, Chef Alex Amoroso of Cheesecakes by Alex, will be preparing Pumpkin Pancakes that will feature eggs from market vendor, Ward’s Farm.
Hot chocolate topped with homemade marshmallows will be available for purchase and made by Donya Mullins, local blogger, of ‘A Southern Soul’. There will be beekeeping demonstrations by Quaker Acre Apiaries, activities by The Old Mill of Guilford, and old fashion farming techniques.
Enjoy live music all morning long by Scott Bennett, The Lone Gunman from 10 AM – 12 PM. Scott Bennett is a singer/songwriter from Burlington, NC.
Shop the market for a bounty of fall fruits and vegetables that will be available. You’ll find pecans, sweet potatoes, acorn squash, pumpkins, apples, and so much more!

Pancakes will be $5.00 per plate, featuring eggs from market vendor, Ward’s Farm Pancakes will be available for first come, first serve with proceeds to benefit the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market.
