Ingredients:

4 ox. Swiss chard, stemmed
Pinch of Kosher salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. honey
2 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 cup chevre

Directions: 

  • Slice chard into ribbons.
  • Combine salt, pepper and oil in a mixing bowl
  • Toss chard in oil mixture and then transfer to serving plate.
  • Add honey and vinegar to same mixing bowl and combine well.
  • Add peaches and toss to coat with dressing.
  • Arrange peach mixture over spinach. Top with almonds and chevre.
