Breez Cheez owners Bree (left) and Noni Person sell their signature cheese spread at the Market. It consists of a blend of cream cheese, carrots, and zesty herbs and spices that give the product its unique flavor. Breez Cheez has been a family affair since the very beginning. Bree’s spread recipe had been extremely popular among friends and relatives for many years, so upon her retirement, she decided to begin a business together with her daughter Noni. Bree’s grandson Kingsley suggested the brand name “Breez Cheez,” and the rest was history. For Bree, one of her favorite things about operating Breez Cheez is the time she gets to spend with her daughter, as they have always shared a special bond that has now grown even stronger.

Noni and Bree make their spread in a professional kitchen a few days before each Market, and they ensure that their carrots and herb ingredients are fresh. When they sell the spread at the Market, customers are often impressed by it because they don’t normally expect the taste they experience. Even patrons who typically don’t like cream cheese are pleasantly surprised by their product, so it’s been exciting for them to share their craft with such a large number of people. For Noni and Bree, the Market is special to them because it provides them a safe space to gather constructive feedback.
