Ray Huger from Brown Summit, NC in Guilford County, grows vegetables from both Congo and Carolina, but specializes in greens. Other products are edamame, root vegetables, and peanuts. Congolina Farm does not use synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. They produce using compost, OMRI certified products, and plant NON-GMO seeds. At their table, find asparagus, beets, cabbage, carrots, fresh herbs, garlic, green beans, okra, onions, peppers, spinach, tomatoes, and even fresh flowers.
