The Mill produces all natural corn meal, grits and flour along with a wide range of mixes including:  Gingerbread Mixes, Muffin Mixes, Pancake Mixes, Cookie Mixes, Scone Mixes, Biscuit Mixes and Hushpuppy Mix.  The Mill’s signature mix is the Sweet Potato Muffin. This is one of the oldest running Mills in the country and a historical site in Guilford County. The Mill does not bleach or enrich their product. The Mill is a loyal partner to the Market, so visit their table to pick up a one of a kind product.
