Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Kohlrabi
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/2 cup of Red Onion (diced)
  • 2-3 Carrots (shred)
  • 1/2 cup of Ginger or Thai Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Mayo (Duke’s is recommended)

Preparation:

  • Peel and cut apples and kohlrabi into matchstick size pieces
  • Add diced onions and shredded carrots
  • Mix Ginger (or Thai Sauce) and Mayo together
  • Toss vegetables in the sauce and then voila! Ready to serve!
