Ingredients:
- 3-4 Kohlrabi
- 2 Apples
- 1/2 cup of Red Onion (diced)
- 2-3 Carrots (shred)
- 1/2 cup of Ginger or Thai Sauce
- 1/2 cup of Mayo (Duke’s is recommended)
Preparation:
- Peel and cut apples and kohlrabi into matchstick size pieces
- Add diced onions and shredded carrots
- Mix Ginger (or Thai Sauce) and Mayo together
- Toss vegetables in the sauce and then voila! Ready to serve!
