Oatmeal demo

The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market, in cooperation with Partnership for Community Care, will be offering a savory breakfast sample during the Wednesday Mid-Week Market on Nov. 18, 10 am – while supplies last.

The public is invited to try a free sample of Farm Fresh Savory Oatmeal prepared by Registered Dietitians, Caitlin Romm and Sheri Vettel Partnership of Partnership 4 Community Care (P4CC).  This wonderful and healthy breakfast dish will be prepared with toppings such as butternut squash and swiss chard grown by local farmers in the market.

Partnership for Community Care provides care management services Medicaid patients in Guilford, Rockingham and Randolph Counties. The P4CC registered dietitians started one of the first healthy food pantries in Guilford county, The Partnership Pantry, which provides fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and a variety of other nutritious foods to clients managing chronic diseases with limited access to healthy food.
