WIC FMNP Approved/Eligible Foods
- Participants can purchase any fresh, locally grown fruits or vegetables. Locally grown is defined as within North Carolina borders.
- Cannot be processed, heated or cooked foods.
- Participants cannot purchase nuts, seeds, honey, maple syrup, cider, jelly, jam, eggs, meat, cheese, seafood, baked goods, plants, flowers, other non-food items, or items not grown by local farmers.
