Greensboro, NC – The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market, 501 Yanceyville Street, will hold normal hours for the year-round Saturday Market on Saturday, September 15 (7 am -12 noon).  The public is invited to shop local at the Curb Market tomorrow from 7 am – 12 noon and to support local farmers and producers. Customers are encouraged to exercise caution on the roads however.

The Market will have plenty of farm fresh products including: eggs, meats, seafood, dairy, breads, baked goods, coffee, fresh produce, artisan goods and farm-fresh flowers.  Seasonal produce available (but not limited to): apples, peaches, scuppernongs, muscadines, figs, melons, lettuce, peppers, corn, melon, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, eggplant, butternut squash, summer squash, tomatoes, beans, peas, collard greens, sweet potatoes, potatoes, okra, herbs and more.

Farms: Birch Fork Farm, Book Farm, Byrley Gardens, Congolina Farm, Crouse Farms, Haw River Mushroom, Hillcrest Farm, Leonard’s Orchards, Massey Creek Farms, Homeland Creamery, Mighty Tendril, Mindenhill Farms, NC Seafood, Quaker Acre Apiaries, Rural Hall Farm, Smith Farms, Smith Century Farm, WeatherHand Farm, Woody’s Eggs & Greens.

Food Artisans: Feebert’s Gluten-Free Bakery, Fermentology, Gate City Coffee, Piedmont International Bakery, Poppy’s Food, River’s Finest, Syrups and More.

Craft Artisans: Angel Apron Etc, Dew Drop Rock, Mimi’s Soaps, Rumley Cottage, Syrups and More.

Location and Hours of Operation

The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market, 501 Yanceyville Street, is located at the corner of Lindsey Street and Yanceyville Street across from the War Memorial Stadium and operates year round on Saturdays 7 am to 12 pm and seasonally on Wednesday, Mid-Week Market 8 am- 1 pm (April 18– December 19). Mid-Week Market hours are currently Wednesdays from 8am -1pm and fall hours (8 to 12 noon) will commence on Wednesday, October 3, 2018. The Market is an indoor facility with free admission, WiFi, and plenty of free parking as well as an ATM on site.
