A Shared Community Space
The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market is operated and managed for the City of Greensboro by Greensboro Farmers Market, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The Market exists to provide opportunities for the community to purchase and learn about local foods and artisan goods while interacting with producers and one another in a friendly and diverse social setting.
These guidelines help support a safe, respectful, and enjoyable Market experience for everyone.
Quick Guidelines
Approved Vendors Only
Only approved Greensboro Farmers Market vendors may sell products on Market grounds.
Respect Shared Spaces
Please avoid blocking entrances, pedestrian traffic, or vendor areas.
Public Conduct
Visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward vendors, staff, volunteers, and fellow guests.
Safety Matters
Weapons, threatening behavior, harassment, and disorderly conduct are prohibited.
Smoking & Cleanliness
Smoking is limited to designated areas. Please help keep the Market clean and welcoming.
Pets & Assistance Animals
Certified assistance animals are welcome. Pets are permitted on the lawn areas.

Vendor Sales
Only approved GFM vendors are permitted to sell on the Market Campus.
Distribution of Written Materials
Written information may only be distributed at the Yanceyville Street entrance no closer than 20 feet from the Market doors. Blocking pedestrian or vehicle traffic is prohibited.
Public Speech & Demonstrations
Public speech is permitted provided it does not disrupt Market operations, create safety concerns, impede traffic, or interfere with vendors or visitors.
Solicitation & Harassment
Solicitation within the parking lot is prohibited except where permitted by City ordinance. Harassment or threatening behavior is prohibited.
Weapons & Disorderly Conduct
Weapons and violent or abusive conduct are prohibited on Market grounds.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside Market facilities and near entrances. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas away from entrances.
Dumping & Littering
Dumping, littering, or misuse of campus trash containers is prohibited.
Trespassing
No trespassing is permitted on Market grounds between dusk and dawn
Additional Regulations
Sex offenders prohibited pursuant to applicable City ordinances.
Certain regulations are governed by applicable City of Greensboro ordinances.
