Rivas Ranch is a Latina-owned, family-operated farm in King, North Carolina, specializing in pasture-raised beef, lamb, goat, poultry, and other thoughtfully produced meats. Ranch owner April Rivas combines her family’s California ranching heritage with more than 20 years of experience as a chef, farm-to-table advocate, and food-safety professional.
Animal welfare, responsible land stewardship, and transparency are central to the ranch. Its animals are raised on pasture without feedlots, using sustainable and regenerative grazing practices designed to care for both the animals and the land.
